Where do we go from here?
After 20 years in business we are building a new shop, expanding product lines, and have a new face on the web.
After 20 years of service to a wide range of clients it is nice to take a moment to pause and reflect on where we have come from, and more importantly, take a look at where we are headed. Checking our coordinates and making sure we are on track to give our customers the best service possible and build on the successes we have had in the past.
This new website is a bold step towards creating two way communication with our customers in the greater Victoria community. Over the next few months and years we will be engaging with you, answering your questions in our FAQ, outlining all of our services, and blogging about our thoughts on the industry and how we are trying to positively influence our city.
The next step we are taking is already underway. We are breaking ground at a new site, with plans to move our shop from the modest 2-bay enclosure we are in now, to a huge 5-bay garage next door. This move will facilitate an increase in services and products, most notably by adding paint protection films to our arsenal (which we will discuss in our next blog post), and allow for multiple technicians working side by side to move more vehicles through each day. All of this means faster turnaround, shorter wait times, and even happier customers.
To everyone who is finding us for the first time, welcome, and for those of you returning after 20 years of quality service, we thank you for your patronage and welcome you to our new home on the web.
